Masks

Three different things sit under one word here, and they do not do the same job.

Sheet masks are a hydration hit — twenty minutes, immediate plumpness, nothing that lasts. Overnight wrapping masks are the Korean invention worth knowing about: a hydrogel layer that seals collagen and actives against the skin for hours while you sleep, which is why the difference is visible in the morning. Clay and mud masks pull oil and clear congestion — a once-or-twice-a-week reset, not a habit.

None of them replace a moisturiser. Use them on top of a routine that already works, not instead of one.
