By visiting or purchasing from Glow Deals Beauty (www.glowdealsbeauty.com.au), you agree to these Terms of Service.

WHO WE ARE
Glow Deals Beauty is a registered business name of Adel Al Shamery, sole trader, ABN 24 207 010 353, of 104/46-50 Kent Road, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Glow Deals Beauty.

GENERAL
We may update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display product colours, ingredients and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show colours exactly. Product availability is subject to change without notice. The products we sell are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always patch-test a new product and follow the manufacturer's directions.

PRICING
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Glow Deals Beauty is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order and we do not issue tax invoices showing GST. We may change prices at any time and we are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before shipping and offer you either the corrected price or a full refund.

ORDERS
By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the security or integrity of our store.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy for how to make a claim.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law section above, Glow Deals Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or our store.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
