Glow Deals Beauty is an Australian store selling Korean skincare close to Korean prices. That gap is most of the reason we exist. The same COSRX essence or Anua toner that costs a few dollars in Seoul has historically carried a heavy markup by the time it reaches an Australian shelf, and most of that markup is distribution rather than product.
We hold our stock in Sydney and pack every order ourselves. That is what actually changes your experience. When you order, the product is already here — picked and dispatched the same business day if your payment clears by 2pm Sydney time, rather than ordered from a wholesaler overseas and forwarded on a few weeks later. Most Australian addresses see standard delivery in three to seven business days, or one to three by express.
It also means a person has physically handled what you are buying. Dropshipped stock is never seen by the store selling it.

Korean skincare works because it is patient. Hydration first, gentle actives, consistency instead of quick fixes — and a four-step routine you actually follow beats a ten-step one you abandon in week three.
We try to write the same way. Every collection page and every guide on this site says what a formula does, who it suits, and when it is the wrong choice for you. That includes the times the honest answer is that a product will not fix your problem. You cannot shrink a pore. Topical collagen is too large a molecule to travel into the skin. Retinal works faster than retinol and is correspondingly more likely to irritate you.
Saying so costs us the occasional sale. It also means that when we do recommend something, it is worth reading.
