PROCESSING TIME
Orders paid by 2pm Sydney time on a business day are dispatched that day. Orders paid after 2pm, on weekends or on NSW public holidays are dispatched the next business day. We ship from Sydney, New South Wales.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Standard shipping: $9.90 AUD, delivered in 3 to 7 business days
Express shipping: $15 AUD, delivered in 1 to 3 business days
Free standard shipping on Australian orders of $55 AUD or more.
Free express shipping on Australian orders of $120 AUD or more.
Both thresholds are calculated on your order total after any discounts have been applied, and apply automatically at checkout with no code required. Gift cards are not counted toward either threshold.

FIRST ORDER — FREE EXPRESS
New customers can use code WELCOME at checkout for free express shipping on their first Australian order of $55 AUD or more. Standard shipping is already free at $55, so the code upgrades that first order to express — 1 to 3 business days instead of 3 to 7. One use per customer, Australian orders only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard international: $30 AUD flat rate, typically 7 to 21 business days. This rate applies to the 26 destinations listed below.
Free standard international shipping on United States orders of $100 AUD or more. The threshold is calculated on your order total after any discounts have been applied, and applies automatically at checkout with no code required.
Rest of world: $45 AUD flat rate to every other country we ship to, delivery times vary by destination.

Every other country we ship to is charged the $45 AUD rest-of-world rate. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet — email us and we will tell you whether we can add it.

Free shipping applies to Australian orders and to United States orders of $100 AUD or more. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the amount you pay us.

TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of carrier volume, weather or customs clearance. If your parcel looks lost or stuck, email us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
