Are your products authentic?
Yes, 100%. We hold our stock in Sydney and pack every order ourselves — no dropshipping. We only carry genuine Korean skincare brands including COSRX, Anua, Medicube, Beauty of Joseon, SKIN1004, and more.
What is Korean skincare?
Korean skincare (K-beauty) is a multi-step approach to skincare that focuses on hydration, gentle ingredients, and long-term skin health rather than quick fixes. Korean brands are known for innovative ingredients like snail mucin, PDRN, centella asiatica, retinal, and fermented extracts.
What is PDRN?
PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is an ingredient derived from salmon DNA. In skincare it is used for hydration and a smoother, more elastic-looking complexion. It's one of the hottest ingredients in K-beauty right now, used in brands like Medicube, Anua, and VT Cosmetics.
What is the difference between retinol and retinal?
Both are forms of Vitamin A. Retinal (retinaldehyde) is one step closer to retinoic acid than retinol, so it tends to work faster but can be stronger — start slowly if you have sensitive skin. Brands like Seoul 1988 and Beauty of Joseon use retinal in their formulas.
Which products are good for sensitive skin?
Look for products tagged with centella, CICA, PDRN, oat, or panthenol. Great starting points include SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule, Anua Heartleaf 77 Soothing Toner, and PURITO Oat In Calming Gel Cream.
Can I use multiple serums at once?
Yes — layer from thinnest to thickest consistency. Apply water-based serums first, then thicker ampoules or oils. Always patch test new products before adding them to your routine.
What order should I apply my products?
The Korean skincare order is: Cleanser → Toner → Essence/Ampoule → Serum → Eye Cream → Moisturiser → Sunscreen (morning) or Sleeping Mask (night).
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders paid by 2pm Sydney time on a business day are dispatched that day; later orders go out the next business day. Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days for standard shipping, or 1–3 business days for express. International orders vary by destination (7–21 business days). Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on Australian orders of $55 AUD or more, and free express shipping on Australian orders of $120 AUD or more. Both thresholds are calculated on your order total after any discounts have been applied. Below them, Australian standard shipping is $9.90 AUD and express is $15 AUD. International orders are a flat $30 AUD to our selected destinations, or $45 AUD to the rest of the world, and free shipping does not apply to them.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Discounts
Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full and cover the return postage — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by any time window. How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code (e.g. WELCOME) at checkout in the discount code field before completing your order. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
Do you offer a welcome discount?
Yes. New customers get free express shipping on their first order with code WELCOME at checkout, on Australian orders of $55 AUD or more. Standard shipping is already free on orders of $55 AUD or more, so the code upgrades your first order to express — delivered in 1 to 3 business days instead of 3 to 7. One use per customer, Australian orders only.
