VT Cosmetics

VT is the Reedle Shot brand. Micro-spicules — microscopic silica needles suspended in the formula — open channels in the skin surface so that whatever follows absorbs further than it otherwise would.

It is a real mechanism and a genuinely odd sensation: a faint prickle for the first minute. That is the product working rather than a reaction, though it is not for skin that is currently compromised.

PDRN, cica and vitamin variants depending on what you want carried deeper. Use it on intact skin, not over active blemishes, and not on the same night as an acid. See PDRN.
