This serum is a delight. Goes on watery, sits well under subsequent layering, works well with matching toner, doesnt cause irritation and doesnt have a ton of extra ingredients or fragrance. Great stuff! Keeps me exfoliated and fresh!

Perfect for sensitive skin

This is a potent serum with great ingredients. No junk fillers, like silicones and acrylates, just stuff that works. I feel like it keeps my skin clear. It doesn't break me out or make my face feel overly sticky. It layers well with other products and adds its own moisture.I don't recommend using it on irritated or broken skin, like after doing a peel, because it will sting. Use SPF if wearing during the day.

I have tried most of the COSRX skincare products over the last 18 months and yes, I've gone out and bought quite a few as well as trying them through . This is a skincare line that really does have something for everyone.This particular serum I liked for the soft and watery formula that absorbs fast but is loaded with good ingredients like niacinamide, AH/BHA, and more, with enough of a concentration to actually benefit your skin. It's light enough to wear during the day. As with several cosrx products in my collection, this one lives up to its claims. The ingredients focus on resurfacing and brightening skin, rebalancing tone, and several other benefits. It absorbs quickly but is a LITTLE tacky. It’s not a miracle worker so don’t expect to look pubescent again, but it noticeably delivers the benefits of a skin boosting serum. I have regularly used AHA/BHA/vitamin C to combat large pores, scarring, and uneven tone so this is a wonderful one-stop-shop serum!!

I've tried Corsx products in the past and have always loved them, so when I saw they had an AHA BHA vitamin C booster serum, I was excited to try it out!The product comes well sealed so you know it hasn't been tampered with and the bottle is cute if you want to keep it out on your counter.The product itself is different than what I'm used to for a vitamin c serum. It’s very light weight and a water consistency. It is also clear versus the thicker yellow serum I'm used to, but it works well! I find whenever I used it my skin is always brighter and clearer. Make sure you use sunscreen after putting on this product though to protect your skin.Overall, it’s a great product to have on hand for daily use!

Not oily, doesn’t make my skin breakout!

I have not had any reactions with this serum yet. It soaks in comfortably and therefore makes sense for layering.The box says " Key Ingredients-GOLDEN-RX COMPLEX 57% ACTINIDIA CHINENSIS (KIWI) FRUIT EXTRACT, HYLOCEREUS UNDATUS FRUIT EXTRACT"I appreciate some percentages to give you an idea of strength. They also are a cruelty free brand (verified by multiple sources) though they aren't vegan. The bottle itself has an easily removeable label so you can reuse it (it's a nice heavy glass bottle). I ordered this late 2021 and it's good till 2024 unopened with a "use within 12 months of opening" symbol on it.I do think the name is a little confusing because when I first ordered it, I thought it was to help boost effectiveness of other AHA/BHA/VitC products - like you were supposed to wear it under those. But upon further reading (and actually looking at ingredients) its "skin boosting" and has those ingredients in it.

Cosrx is one of my favorite K Beauty Brands, I'm always excited to try their new products and this one did not disappoint! It has great ingredients starting out with fruit extracts at the top so it's really hydrating and not watered down. It has no parabens, silicones, or other potentially problematic ingredients.Even though it has 2 chemical exfoliants they may be in a lower amounts as I experienced no irritation, sensitivity or dryness. Still, you'll need to be sure to wear sunscreen after starting as their own. It also contains a low percentage of niacinamide , so it shouldn't cause irritation or breakouts to those who are sensitive to it. I'm pretty acne-prone and break out from Niacinimide and this does not cause me any issues. This serum is hydrating, performs well at night or under sunscreen and makeup, and seems to be helping brighten my skin so I'm very happy with it.

This is a very solid product and a great value. If offers the combined benefits of alpha and beta hydroxy exfoliation and cell renewal, along with the brightening and tone improvement you would expect from a Vitamin C based product, all packed in a hydrating serum.I use this about 2-3 mornings per week to avoid peeling. Active acids are supposed to be worn during the day, so I do not recommend using this at night. I found that this worked perfectly for me: 40, sensitive skin, fair with freckles, combination/dry sin. The brightening and tone improvement were obvious after only 2 uses and I am certainly noticing that I have less of a need to manually exfoliate. I would definitely repurchase this serum!

I have a few COSRX products, so I had to try this one. I use a lot of Vitamin C serum. Sometimes I'll get one that makes my face feel dry, this one does not. This one goes on nicely, no stinging, no redness, and dries down on my face without being sticky. I don't notice any scent either. I am 50+, I have somewhat dry skin after having terrible acne as a teen and young adult before taking Accutane.

My partner has been using this serum 3x a week (at night) for 3 weeks now. He has extremely oily skin. We both love the Cosrx brand. I personally just use the BHA because my skin is so sensitive, but his skin can handle a BHA and AHA.This serum has helped even his skin tone, clear up his pores, and definitely reduce some of the oil. He has used it after washing with La Roche Posay Toleraine Cleanser, and follows up with the Cosrx Snail Mucin to hydrate with something lightweight. This is a basic routine he can stick to and is have a lot of success with. This does a good job with oil reduction for him, something the BHA blackhead serum does not.He recommends this product to people with oily skin that can handle all the actives packed into this little serum.If wearing during the day make sure to follow up with sunscreen. Always do a patch test with any new cosmetic product, and work your way up with actives - you don't necessarily need a lot or to use them every day. Listen to your skin. COSRX is one of the most popular Korean skincare brands for a reason. Their products are good and don't cost an arm and a leg. This $22 serum is great. I am always cautious of Vitamin C serums, but this one is gentle, light, absorbs well and improves the texture of my sensitive skin. A big fan!11/12/2021

I have the matching toner with this, and also the Cosrx salicylic acid gentle cleanser. I have been using the combo of all 3 for about a week now, in addition to a moisturizer from a different brand and I have seen some good improvement in my skin. I am a 28 year old female and have been struggling with acne since switching my birth control. I have found that AHA/BHA works best for my skin. I have sensitive skin which is more dry than not and struggle to get a good exfoliation. This serum delivers that gentle exfoliation. This also comes with vitamin C which helps to give that glow and can also help with pigmentation. I am excited to keep using this and see my skin continue to improve.I think it is important to note that this isn't my first time with AHA/BHA ingredients. You have to kinda work up to it since they are chemical exfoliants, especially if you have sensitive and dry skin. The serum is the perfect way to slowly introduce these ingredients to your skin since it does have so many moisturizing properties as well. For me I started using and AHA/BHA toner 2-3 times a week alternating every other night. Again my skin is used to it and so I am so I was able to use the matching toner and this serum every night with no issue. I love this combo.Another big thing is when using products with AHA/BHA is you NEED to use sunscreen. These products help with exfoliation and cell turnover, so your skin is much more susceptible to sun damage. Also sunscreen in general is the best anti-aging you can do for yourself.All in all I love this line from CosRX, and love this serum. It is so moisturizing on my dry skin, and a great follow up to their toner and I can see my skin condition improving after each day. This is definitely going to be a staple on my skincare shelf.

Wow! This COSRX vitamin C booster serum is one of the best vitamin C serums that I have used. (And I have used at least a dozen different companies.) My face is very sensitive, and I have allergies. This serum does not give me any problems at all! When you take it out of the dropper is completely clear and it is slightly slimy – so it sticks well to your face. It has a faint citrus scent and when you put it on your face it does not burn or sting like some vitamin C serums. So it is gentle, too. The best ways to describe it is that feels so pure and clean on my face. My face does not feel sticky after use. It absorbs well and seems to hydrate my face, too. The only issue which I noticed on the back is that it says people with allergies to aspirin may react poorly to this because it contains betaine salicylate.I have used many products by COSRX before and this serum only exemplifies their quality products.

Me: dry, sensitive skin, age 51. This is like putting water on my face. Soaks in fast, no odor, no oily feeling. I love it and I'll continue to buy this since it's got great ingredients and it's affordable.
