K-Secret Seoul is such a great name for skincare line. Their snail mucin cream is lightweight and doesn't make your face oily. It does not irritate because it is truly free of perfume. After regular use, I can tell my skin is glowing. Since it doesn't really have any actives or anti-aging properties, I think younger skin will benefit the most in terms of plain hydration. Use it over your favorite serum, whether or not its from K-Secret, wear SPF, and you're good to go. Just a note: test the cream because it doesn't mesh well with some primers or foundation.Ingredients are snail secretion filtrate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1,2-hexanediol, cetearyl alcohol, dimethicone, water, cetearyl olivate, carbomer, arginine, benzyl glycol, sorbitan olivate, rice bran water, allantoin, sodium polyacrylate, ethylhexylglycerin, disodium EDTA, butylene glycol, rice bran extract, sake, panthenol, ectoin, sodium hyaluronate.

I bought their oil cleanser, face wash, snail mucin, collagen serum, niacinamide glow serum, retinal serum, retinal cream, niacinamide cream, eye cream, and their sun cream. I use them based on the recommended pairings that they suggested and the result is an amazing transformation of my skin from acne prone to clear, glowy skin. The only one that didn’t work for me is the oil cleanser. I have tried numerous korean oil cleansers and none really agreed to my skin, even the k secret oil cleanser. Thus, I have given up oil cleansing and my skin thanked me. So, I substituted the oil cleanser with a homemade peppermint tea toner to remove my sunscreen then wash with their face wash. Love their products!

This snail mucin cream is so good! I love that it is a super lightweight formula because it absorbs into my skin almost immediately. It is so effective at hydrating the skin properly too and I love that there's snail mucin in this because I've noticed how much my skin looks glassy and dewy naturally after I use this. It is so pretty and I really like how easy this cream is to use. It's more like a milky gel than anything.

This hydrating cream is a perfect everyday moisturizer for day and night. When used during the day I find it to prime my skin well for makeup application. At nighttime I like to use this over my retinol to keep my skin from drying out. There is a faint but pleasant fragrance and my skin is not irritated by this product at all. Over a couple of months I've noticed an improvement in the texture and softness of my skin. I think this is a good value with such a large tube and I will buy it again.

I’m not going to lie, I accidentally bought this product as I usually use the normal snail mucin. However, I have LOVED this product! It makes me feel like I have glass skin, and works well under makeup. However, if you happen to use the ELF glow drops, this does not mix well with those. Overall, it is moisturizing and feels like it gives my skin good hydration!

Wow this isn't sticky at all so I am in love because that was a big problem of mine. It is super moisturizing without feeling thick or heavy. This feels like very good quality and has been super effective in the dry climate I live in keeping me soft and full of moisture. Overall since a little bit goes a long way and at $22 this is an amazing deal for the amazing quality you receive and I will be buying this and definitely trying out their other things.

This felt a bit slimy going on and I was concerned. It initially dried as it absorbed and was a bit tacky. But as it kept drying and absorbing in I swear my face felt not just hydrated, but tighter and smoother than ever. I've been touching my forehead constantly like WTF... It's so nice. I just came back from a vacation in Korea and of all the stuff I tried and bought while there, I think this is better! It's a 100 ml tube which is a really good size and will last a long time.

I've been dying to try a snail mucin cream for ages. I'm not much of a skincare fanatic, but I am a weirdo, and the concept of rubbing snail slime into my skin was just too interesting. I grew up with decent skin genetically, so my skincare routine is pretty basic. I usually just wash my face and then put moisturizer on. I've been using this in place of my regular moisturizer 2-3 times a week. It doesn't really have a smell or anything and absorbs in somewhat quickly, less so than my normal moisturizer as it stays a little sticky for ~20 mins or so after applying, but that goes away after a bit and my face feels hydrated. I'm not sure if I'm applying it too much or too little, but it seems to work for me for now and the bottle is actually pretty big so it should last for a while! You don't need to put that much on, and I would figure that less is probably better to help it absorb easier.It's definitely made a difference and worked much faster than I expected. I always kind of thought people online were lying when they talked about "glass" skin or even just glow-y skin, but holy moly, my skin looks freaking radiant and is super soft. Even my dad noticed and commented on it, which is very rare for him to do. He said that my skin looked like a rich person's.

I try a lot of Asian skincare, both on Vine and out of my own pocket. I have always wanted to try snail mucin products but have always avoided them due to the fact that there is cross-reactivity between dust mite allergies and snail mucin. However, I can say that despite being super allergic to dust mites (with the allergy testing to prove it), I did not have a reaction to this product. In fact, I LOVED it (and I typically avoid moisturizers with silicones). I loved it so much I ordered the eye cream and the serum almost immediately, which is basically the highest compliment I can give. Concentrated but weightless and fast-absorbing -- it's my personal trifecta for face cream.Trust me when I say almost nothing absorbs into my skin quickly, but this does. Almost instantly in fact. No residue and no tackiness. It almost never happens for me. My skin just feels super smooth and soft. There's zero scent, and the cream itself is super lightweight and doesn't feel sticky or thick on my skin. If, like me, this isn't moisturizing enough for you on its own, I advise skin-flooding (layering toners) and following up with hydrating toners before applying. If that's still not enough, lock it in with a richer moisturizer. But for most skin types, I think the additional moisturizer is probably not required.The cream is centered around a few quality ingredients that have quality science behind them -- snail mucin, rice extract, sake, panthenol, ectoin, and hyaluronic acid. Snail mucin in particular has quite a lot of benefits around anti-aging, soothing breakouts, and increased hydration, so if it's a match for your skin it can be a real multi-tasker.
