SKIN1004 Retinol 0.2% Boosting Ampoule 30ml

Still working on consistent application and to see the results. Didn't irritate my skin at all. I like the Skin1004 products. I interchange with the different lines.

This is a decent product. I've been using it for a few weeks and it works - my skin looks more even both in terms of pigmentation and texture. However, I don't think it's right for me. I've been experiencing sensitivity from the spicules, and the dropper does an awful job of picking up product.

I love this product! The spicules aren’t that sharp but you can feel them working! I’ve gotten 3 bottles so far and it’s seems to be working.

It removes dead skin, leaving behind new, soft, and radiant skin; I use it every other night.

Good serum & affordable compared to the majority of Korean skin care products 🥰

A good beginner retinol to start off with! Definitely do your research and follow the instructions! My skin looks so good and I felt like I saw results in 3 weeks :)

I’ve been using this retinol ampoule at night, and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. It’s a great option if you’re starting with retinol because it’s gentle on the skin. I would definitely recommend it

I use it for my hands, elbows, and neck. I have seen improvement on the texture of my skin. However, it does sting a bit at times so I keep it only for those areas mentioned here.I took a star off for the stinging.I bought this one because it was on sale and a great price and will not repurchase. I like the geek and gorgeous a team .05 the bestand will go back to it as that one is more gentle and doesn’t sting.

This is a great retinol for someone that with sensitive skin because the percentage is so low. Even though the percentage is low, the retinol is still very effective. I use this twice a week and have no issues with skin barrier damage or flakiness. You can slightly feel the spicules upon application. This might be slightly irritating for a very short period of time after and during application for those with very sensitive skin.

I have mixed feelings about this product because of the packaging, but the formula itself is great. The dropper is quite difficult to use; sometimes it feels like the product just won't come out. However, my skin has tolerated the 0.2% retinol really well. For the first few seconds after applying, it can feel a little scratchy or textured on the skin, but that sensation disappears very quickly. Overall, it keeps my skin looking much more luminous and bright!

This is a good product. I just started using it, but as other customers are stating the dropper, not good, I like the consistency. Now they just need to make higher percentage of this retinol.

This is going to be kind of a long review, but I want to include everything I was looking for when searching. I have been using a 0.1% retinol for a few months now, slowly building up frequency to avoid skin irritation. I have been doing daily use for awhile and was ready to move up to 0.2%. I actually tried the Ordinary first, but I was not a fan of that formula as it was very oily and did not layer well with other serums. I probably could have worked with it if I wanted to but I didn’t. So I ordered this to try instead and the formula is AMAZING. It’s exactly what I was hoping for, almost like a gel. There is no smell that I can detect. It absorbs quickly. It’s hard to say if it’s sticky because I use 3-4 products every night but it’s comfortable on my skin. It feels moisturizing and the price is very fair. I will definitely order another bottle until I’m ready to bump up to 0.3%. One thing I am not a huge fan of is the dropper. I have a hard time getting the dropper to collect the product even while the bottle is full. When it starts to deplete I hope I’m able to get it out. But if necessary, l will just tip the bottle and dab it on. I also did not notice it contains both retinol and retinal. I definitely feel like after 3 days I can already see a difference with the addition of retinal. I may not be able to go back 🤣

So far, I'm loving the way the SKIN1004 Retinol makes my skin feel. I have been using it about 2 weeks, so I've not used it quiet long enough yet to see the full effects, but I can definitely tell more softness and firmness of my skin. I've rated at 4 stars because my first container came and nothing would come out. I'm not sure if it was dried out, or if the dropper was defective, but I could pick nothing up from inside the bottle. I contacted customer service, which I give 5 stars plus, as they replaced the product immediately and did not trouble me with having to take the time to send the first bottle back. I love every Centella product I've ever tried and I'm not regretting adding the retinol to my daily skin regimen.

I’ve been using this retinol serum for a few weeks and have definitely noticed smoother skin and a more even texture. It absorbs well and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy, which I really like. That said, it is pretty strong—my skin felt a bit dry and slightly irritated at first, so I’d recommend starting slow and using it a few times a week before building up.

This serum has been easy to use and apply to the skin. You don't need a lot of product as it is a little thick and has some elasticity and spread on the skin quite easily and covers a lot. It has been good on sensitive skin and no irritation. My skin feels smoother and I think I can notice a reduction in fine lines around my eyes. I'm sure with continued use and routine, I'd be able to get the best out of this product. Overall I like using this product!

I started with a couple of uses per week and didn’t experience irritation. Over time, my skin looks smoother and feels firmer, especially around areas where texture was more noticeable. It’s a good option if you want to slowly introduce stronger actives into your routine while still keeping things comfortable and balanced.
